The Golden State Warriors look to keep rolling after winning four of their last six games. On the season, the Warriors are averaging 110 points on 47.7 percent shooting and are allowing 99.9 points on 42.6 percent shooting. Stephen Curry is averaging 23.8 points and 7.8 assists while Klay Thompson is averaging 21.8 points and 3.4 rebounds. Marreese Speights is shooting 49.5 percent and Draymond Green is grabbing 8.3 rebounds. The Golden State Warriors offense gets a lot of credit, but their defense is allowing just 42.8 percent shooting in their last five games. The Warriors are 29-0 SU this season when allowing less than 100 points, and they’re 25-2 at home. Leandro Barbosa is questionable with an illness.
The Mavericks are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 vs. NBA Pacific and 10-3-1 ATS in their last 14 Friday games. The Warriors are 36-15 ATS in their last 51 vs. Western Conference and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Mavericks are 6-13 ATS in the last 19 meetings in Golden State and 16-35-1 ATS in the last 52 meetings overall.
The Warriors have been a little shaky lately, and the Mavs were able to rest a lot of their key guys due to a blowout. I think this will be a tight and well played game throughout and giving up 10 points to one of the best offensive teams in the league isn't my style. I'd take the points here.
