The Cleveland Cavaliers and Dallas Mavericks play Tuesday at the American Airlines Center.
The Cleveland Cavaliers look to keep rolling after winning seven of their last 10 games. On the season, the Cavs are averaging 102.5 points on 45.5 percent shooting and are allowing 98.5 points on 45.2 percent shooting. LeBron James is averaging 26 points and 7.3 assists while Kyrie Irving is averaging 21.4 points and 5.2 assists. Kevin Love is grabbing 10.2 rebounds and J.R. Smith is shooting 40.8 percent from the field. The Cleveland Cavaliers continue to roll behind an offense that’s topped 100 points in nine of their last 13 games and is shooting 35.8 percent from deep in their last five contests. The only real downside with the Cavaliers is that 16 of their 25 losses have come on the road.

The Dallas Mavericks need a win after losing four of their last six games. On the season, the Mavs are averaging 104.4 points on 46 percent shooting and are allowing 100.4 points on 44.5 percent shooting. Monta Ellis is averaging 19.2 points and 4.3 assists while Dirk Nowitzki is averaging 17.3 points and six rebounds. Chandler Parsons is shooting 45.1 percent from the field and Tyson Chandler is grabbing 11.6 rebounds. The Dallas Mavericks are shooting just 42.5 percent from the field in their last five games and have dropped nine of their last 13 when scoring under 100 points. The good news for the Mavs is that 21 of their 41 victories have come on their home court. Devin Harris is questionable with a thumb injury.
The Cavaliers are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 vs. Western Conference and 18-8 ATS in their last 26 games overall. The Mavericks are 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 home games and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Cavaliers are 0-5 ATS in the last 5 meetings and the favorite is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings.
I like the value of the points here. The Cavs have been shaky this season on the road, and the Mavs have the offense that's good enough to give Cleveland a run. Don't be surprirsed if Dallas wins outright.
