The Memphis Grizzlies and Washington Wizards play Thursday night at the Verizon Center.
The Memphis Grizzlies look for a win after splitting their last 10 games. On the season, the Grizzlies are averaging 99.3 points on 45.9 percent shooting and are allowing 99.5 points on 44.3 percent shooting. Marc Gasol is averaging 18.1 points and 7.9 rebounds while Zach Randolph is averaging 16.4 points and 11.4 rebounds. Jeff Green is dishing two assists and Courtney Lee is shooting 46.4 percent from the field. The Memphis Grizzlies wrap up a four-game road trip, as they’re coming off a tough loss to the Boston Celtics. The Grizzlies are kind of shaky at the moment, but they have allowed 95 or less points in four straight games. Mike Conley is questionable with a leg injury.

The Washington Wizards need a win after splitting their last six games. On the season, the Wizards are averaging 98.4 points on 46.5 percent shooting and are allowing 97.5 points on 43.7 percent shooting. John Wall is averaging 16.9 points and 10 assists while Bradley Beal is averaging 14.8 points and three assists. Paul Pierce is shooting 45 percent from the field and Marcin Gortat is grabbing 8.7 rebounds. The Washington Wizards play their second home game of the month and look to break out of their funk that’s lasted for quite some time. The good news for the Wizards is that they’re allowing an average of just 89.8 points in their last five games. Kris Humphries is questionable and Garrett Temple is expected to miss this game.
The Grizzlies are 13-6 ATS in their last 19 vs. NBA Southeast and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games overall. The Wizards are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 vs. Western Conference and 7-19 ATS in their last 26 games overall.
The Wizards need this win, are at home, and the Grizzlies are likely going to be without Conley, who took a nasty spill on Wednesday. I like Washington on its home court in a toss up.
