The New York Knicks invade the Wells Fargo Center to battle the Philadelphia 76ers tonight.
The New York Knicks have lost eight of their last 10 and are coming into this game fresh off last night's 95-92 overtime loss to the Timberwolves. Langston Galloway led the scoring with 21 points while Alexey Shved added 20 points and seven assists, but the rest of the team struggled in the battle of the bottom teams in the league. To be fair, the Knicks were so shorthanded that they actually had to sign guard Ricky Ledo from the Texas Legends of the NBA D-League who arrived to Madison Square Garden only an hour before tipoff.

Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers haven't exactly been piling up the wins themselves, but they do come into this one fresh off a 94-83 win over the Pistons, just their third win in their last 10 outings. Ish Smith led the scoring with 15 points and eight assists, Jason Richardson added 14 points and Thomas Robinson added 12 points off the bench as the 76ers snapped a four-game skid against the Pistons. With the win, Philadelphia improved to 16-52 overall and 11-24 at home which leaves them with the third worst record in the league with just 14 games left.
In ATS trends, the Knicks are 1-4-1 ATS in their last six games against a team below .400 and 5-2 ATS in their last seven Friday games, while the 76ers are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 home games and 4-1 ATS in their last five games following a win of more than 10 points.
Head to head, the Knicks are just 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings overall but a healthy 9-2 ATS in the last 11 meetings in Philadelphia.
You really couldn't put your money on either of these teams and feel too confident that you'll get it back, but I have to say that the 76ers have looked like the better team lately and should be good enough to get the win and cover at home.
