The Los Angeles Clippers head into Madison Square Garden to take on the New York Knicks on Wednesday.
The Los Angeles Clippers will be looking to build on their four-game win streak after sneaking past the Pelicans by 107-100 on Sunday. Chris Paul and Blake Griffin led the scoring with 23 points each while JJ Redick provided a late scoring burst to finish with 20 points as the Clippers snuck past the pesky Pelicans. It wasn't quite the Clippers' best performance as they had to really battle against the Pelicans' Anthony Davis who just couldn't miss, but they've done a good job of closing out games lately and they showed that once again on this occassion. With the win, LA improved to 46-25 on the season and 27-10 at home.

Meanwhile, the New York Knicks have lost four straight and are coming off a 103-82 loss to the Grizzlies. Langston Galloway led the way with 19 points, Andrea Bargnani added 18 points and Jason Smith had 16 points, but the Knicks couldn't keep up with the Grizzlies in a woeful 53-34 second half. With the loss, New York fell to 14-57 on the season and 9-25 at home where they've lost four of their last five.
In ATS trends, the Clippers are 5-2 ATS in their last seven road games and 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games against a team with a losing record, while the Knicks are 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a loss and 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall.
Head to head, the Clippers are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings overall and 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings in New York.
Plain and simple, the Clippers should have very little trouble winning and covering this hefty spread if they come in with the right mindset. Back on Dec.31, the Clippers dominated from start to finish and won by 99-78 and I'm looking for more of the same tonight.
