The Memphis Grizzlies travel to the AT&T Center to take on the San Antonio Spurs tonight.
The Memphis Grizzlies have won three of their last six but will be looking to avoid a third straight loss after getting routed by the Warriors in a 107-84 loss on Friday. Mike Conley and Jeff Green led the team with 16 points each but the Grizzlies were never really in this game as the Warriors outplayed them from start to finish and really made them look bad on their own court. The Grizzlies just had no way of stopping the backcourt duo of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson who torched them for a combined 66 points including 14 threes. With the loss, Memphis drops to 50-23 on the season which leaves with just a half game advantage over Houston who currently occupy the third spot in the Western Conference standings.

Meanwhile, the San Antonio Spurs have been on an absolute tear lately, winning five of their last six including a 94-76 rout of the Mavericks on Friday. Boris Diaw led the team with 19 points off the bench while four other players finished in double figures, but this game was all about defense and that's where the Spurs dominated, holding the Mavs to just 37.8 percent shooting while forcing 18 turnovers. With the win, San Antonio improves to 46-26 overall which elevates them above Dallas to the sixth spot in the current Western standings.
In ATS trends, the Grizzlies are 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games against a team above .600 and 4-9-1 ATS in their last 14 games following a double digit loss at home, while the Spurs are 4-0 ATS in their last four home games and 5-1 ATS in their last six games overall.
Head to head, the Grizzlies are 4-9 ATS in the last 13 meetings overall and the over is 5-0 in the last five meetings in San Antonio.
The Grizzlies have really been in a funk lately and I will surprised if they can stay within single digits of the red-hot Spurs in this one.
