The Toronto Raptors invade the Target Center to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight.
The Minnesota Timberwolves are coming off their fourth straight loss overall and their third straight by double digits after getting trounced by the Jazz in a 104-84 loss on Monday. Zach LaVine had a nice game out of 21 points and six assists while Andrew Wiggins added 17 points, but the Wolves fell behind by double digits early and never looked like coming back. Gorgio Dieng, Ricky Rubio, Kevin Martin and Gary Neal all sat out the game with injuries while Nikola Pekovic has officially been shut down for the rest of the season.

Meanwhile, the Toronto Raptors will be going for a third straight win after taking down the Rockets in a thrilling 99-96 victory on Monday. Jonas Valanciunas had a nice game of 15 points, nine rebounds and five blocks while Louis Williams added 13 points and five assists off the bench, but all eyes were on DeMar DeRozan who poured in a career-high 42 points on 14 of 27 shooting with 11 rebounds. Kyle Lowry sat for the fifth time in six games with a sore back and there is no timetable for his return.
In ATS trends, the Raptors are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games against the Western Conference and 3-8 ATS in their last 11 road games, while the Wolves are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games overall and 0-4 ATS in their last four home games.
Head to head, the Raptors are 20-6 ATS in the last 26 meetings overall and a dominant 8-1 ATS in the last nine meeitngs in Minnesota.
The Wolves haven't been able to stay within single digits in their last three games and I doubt that trend is going to change tonight against the Raptors who are battling for one of the top seeds in the Eastern Conference.
