The Portland Trailblazers roll into the Barclays Center to battle the Brooklyn Nets tonight.
The Portland Trailblazers go for a fourth straight road win tonight after beating the Pelicans by 99-90 on Sunday. LaMarcus Aldridge led the team with 21 points and 12 rebounds, Chris Kaman chipped in with 16 points while Damian Lillard added 19 points as the Blazers reached 50 wins for the season. Portland has now own six of their last seven overall to improve to 50-26 on the season.

Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets have absolutely been surging towards the playoffs, but will be looking to bounce back after they had their six-game win streak snapped on Saturday with a 131-99 loss to the Hawks. Bojan Bogdanovic led the team with 19 points while Thaddeus Young added 14 points but this game was over before it begun as the Nets were thoroughly outplayed right from the tipoff. With the loss, Brooklyn drops to 35-41 overall which leaves them with just a half-game lead over the eighth placed Boston.
In ATS trends, the Blazers are 5-5 ATS in the last 10 road games, but a healthy 29-21 ATS following a win, while the Nets are 5-3-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall and 22-18-1 ATS following a loss.
Head to head, the Blazers have own and covered in each of the last three meetings including a 97-87 decision at home back on Nov. 15 at the start of the season.
The news is that Aldridge, Kaman and Batum are all being rested for this game and didn't even travel with the team in this one, so I really don't see anything other than taking the Nets at home in what is a crucial game with heavy playoff implications.
