NBA Player Updates 4/21: The Latest News from Around the League, Tonight's TV Schedule and More

Last night featured two more games in the NBA Playoffs, and we’ve got three additional matchups to look forward to tonight. In the meantime, let’s check out some of the notable players out there in the league.
Bulls-Bucks: The Bulls have taken both games in Chicago against the Bucks, and now have a commanding 2-0 lead in the series as it shifts to Milwaukee.
Jimmy Butler led the way in this one, logging a new career playoff-high (for the second straight game) with 31 points. He scored 14 points in the fourth quarter alone, and the result was a 91-82 victory at United Center.
Derrick Rose logged more of a complementary role in this one, posting 15 points, all in the second half. Pau Gasol would add a double-double, with 11 points, 16 rebounds and four blocks.
Game 3 comes on Thursday.

Pelicans-Warriors: Also taking a 2-0 series lead last night were the Warriors, who took care of business against the Pelicans in Oakland. Klay Thompson led the way here with 26 points, and fellow Splash Brother Stephen Curry had 22 points and six assists in the 97-87 victory.
Anthony Davis and the Pelicans got started hot in this one, etching out a 13-point lead in the first quarter of play. Golden State was able to storm back with a hot offensive effort. Davis had 26 points and 10 rebounds in a strong effort from the youngster.
The Warriors have won 20 straight games and 41 of the last 43 at home.
