The Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics play game four of their playoff series Sunday afternoon.
The Cleveland Cavaliers look to end this series with a sweep. LeBron James is averaging 27 points and six assists while Kyrie Irving is averaging 23 points and 3.7 assists. Kevin Love is grabbing nine rebounds and J.R. Smith is dishing 1.3 assists. The Cleveland Cavaliers are averaging 10.7 threes and shooting 50.3 percent from two in this series. The Cavs could still improve their defensive efforts, but they’ve won 14 straight games when topping 100 points. Tristan Thompson remains the X-factor for the Cavs, as he’s topped double-digit points in three of his last four games and is averaging eight rebounds in this series. Eleven of the Cavaliers last 12 losses have come on the road.

The Boston Celtics hope to get their young team at least one playoff victory. Isaiah Thomas is averaging 16.3 points and 6.3 assists while Evan Turner is averaging 13.3 points and nine rebounds. Jae Crowder is grabbing 5.7 rebounds and Avery Bradley is dishing one assist. The Boston Celtics just can’t find that consistent scorer late in games to lead them to a victory in this series. The Celtics continue to play hard and remain competitive, but they’re a player away from actually finishing the game. To avoid a sweep, rookie Marcus Smart needs to stop settling for so many threes and start attacking the basket. The Celtics have lost five of their last eight home games.
The Cavaliers are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games playing on 2 days rest and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 vs. NBA Atlantic. The Celtics are 12-5-1 ATS in their last 18 home games and 35-17-1 ATS in their last 53 games overall. The under is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings.
The Celtics have hung with the Cavs each and every game in this series and has done a nice job of covering the number for months. With their season on the line, I don't see that changing. Take the points in this one once again.
