Career Stats: 10.1 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 2.6 blocks and 0.6 assists.
Strengths: Myles Turner has an intriguing frame that’s only going to get bigger. Turner has a great feel around the rim and a face up game that’s improved. Turner has great range and is capable of knocking down the NBA three. Turner moves well for a player with his size and is an elite shot blocker. Turner passes well out of pressure and has a very solid hook shot that’s nearly unblockable. Turner has a high basketball IQ and great instincts for a young player. Turner shot 83.9 percent from the free throw line. Myles Turner is a hard worker and comes with zero off-the-court issues. Turner just turned 19 years old.
Weaknesses: Myles Turner drastically needs to bulk up, as he’s way too thin for his position. Turner needs to learn to defend without fouling, as 16 games last year he had at last three fouls. Turner needs to be more aggressive. Turner really struggled down the stretch, so consistency is an issues.
Projection: Myles Turner has top 10 potential, as this is a young kid who is only going to get better once he puts on weight and develops a more polished and consistent offensive game. Turner is one of the more intriguing prospects in this class and has all of the raw tools to be a highly successful player at the next level.
