The Atlanta Hawks and Washington Wizards play game three of their playoff series Saturday.
The Atlanta Hawks look to take a 2-1 lead in the series with a victory. DeMarre Carroll is averaging 18.9 points and 6.5 rebounds while Paul Millsap is averaging 15.9 points and 10.1 rebounds. Al Horford is grabbing 10.1 rebounds and Kyle Korver is dishing 2.5 assists. The Atlanta Hawks are shooting 43.1 percent from the field and 35.2 percent from three in the playoffs. The Hawks have yet to play great basketball, but they have won seven of their last nine games when topping 100 points. If the Hawks are going to advance, Jeff Teague has to be more aggressive, as he has just 20 points in his last three games. The Hawks have lost six of their last eight road games.

The Washington Wizards look to remain undefeated at home in the playoffs. Bradley Beal is averaging 21.8 points and four assists while Paul Pierce is averaging 16 points and 3.5 rebounds. Marcin Gortat is grabbing 10.2 rebounds and Otto Porter Jr. is dishing 1.7 assists. The Washington Wizards are shooting 46.1 percent from the field and 44.4 percent from deep in these playoffs. The Wizards are playing their best ball of the season but need something from Nene Hilario, who has just 12 points in his last three games. The Wizards have won five straight games on their home court. John Wall is questionable with a wrist injury.
I expect John Wall to be ready for this game, which is bad news for the Hawks. The Wizards have been by far the better team in this series and the playoffs overall. I just don't see the same Hawks from the regular season. Take the home team and the small number while you still can.
