The series shifts to the FedExForum as the Memphis Grizzlies host the Golden State Warriors in Game 3.
The Grizzlies received a bit of a beating in Game 1 but were good enough to level the series with a hard-fought 97-90 win over the Warriors in Game 2. Mike Conley donned a face mask and led the team with 22 points, Zach Randolph added 20 points while Courtney Lee and Marc Gasol added 15 points each as the Grizzlies took control of the game early and fought off a late rally from the league-best Warriors. As a team, the Grizzlies did a great job of holding the Warriors to just 41.9 percent shooting and just six of 26 from the three-point line and that had a lot to do with their ability to make baskets, which limited the fast-break opportunities.

As for the Warriors, the newest NBA MVP, Stephen Curry led the team in scoring with 19 points but shot just seven of 19 which was disappointing, but not nearly as disappointing as Klay Thompson who had a really poor game from start to finish, missing dunks, shooting running three-pointers and missing layups to finish with just 13 points on six of 15 shooting from the field. The Warriors had just about any shot they wanted in Game 1, but the return of the Grizzlies' Conley added another elite perimeter defender into the mix which forced the Warriors into a bunch of poor shot attempts and a total of 20 turnovers.
In ATS trends, the Grizzlies are 4-0-1 ATS in their last five home games and 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall, while the Warriors are 6-0 ATS in their last six games playing on 3 or more days rest and 2-7 ATS in their last nine games overall.
Head to head, the road team is 11-5 ATS in the last 16 meetings overall and the favorite is 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings.
The Grizzlies are such a better team with Conley back in the lineup and they showed that in Game 2. I still expect the Warriors to bounce back and reclaim home-court advantage but you just know that this game is going down to the last couple possessions so I'm taking the home team with the points in this one.
