The Golden State Warriors host the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 5 tonight at the Oracle Arena.

The Warriors were in desperation mode after losing two straight to the Grizzlies in Games 2 and 3, but they flipped the script with a dominant 101-84 win in Game 4. Draymond Green bounced back from a nightmarish Game 3 performance to score 16 points, 10 rebounds and four assists while Klay Thompson added 15 points, but this game was all about Stephen Curry who led the way with a game-high 33 points, eight rebounds and five assists. All those stats are great, but the biggest improvement for the Warriors was their level of urgency and they hit the ground running in this one, putting the Grizzlies away early with a 61-44 lead at halftime.

USA TODAY Sports

As for the Grizzlies, Marc Gasol had a nice game of 19 points, 10 rebounds and six assists while Zach Randolph added 12 points but the Grizzlies were completely off their game. Defensively, Memphis didn't play with the same intensity that they showed in the last two games and it cost them the game as it allowed the Warriors to get hot early which makes them a tough team to stop. Of course, the Grizzlies also need more scoring from their backcourt combination of Courtney Lee and Mike Conley who combined for just 16 points, but better defense also seems to fuel their offense.

In ATS trends, the Grizzlies are 5-0-1 ATS in their last six games following a loss and 8-3-1 ATS in their last 12 games overall, while the Warriors are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games overall and 1-6 ATS in their last seven home games.

Head to head, the Grizzlies are 7-2 ATS in the last nine meetings in Golden State and the under is 4-0 in the last four meetings overall.

Coach Steve Kerr adjusted to two straight losses by putting Andrew Bogut to Tony Allen and Harrison Barnes to Zach Randolph and it worked surprisingly well, so we'll see the same ploy until Allen starts making some outside jumpers. I see this series going to seven games but I'm taking the Warriors to win this one by double digits at home.
