The New York Knicks and Milwaukee Bucks play Wednesday at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
The New York Knicks are hoping for a bounce back season after winning just 17 games last year. The Knicks will always have a chance to be competitive with a healthy Carmelo Anthony on the court. The addition of Robin Lopez gives New York a legit presence in the paint and Arron Afflalo is a true upgrade at the shooting guard position. Derrick Williams gives New York a spark off the bench and Langston Galloway could be valuable after picking up big minutes last season. The New York Knicks are better off than they were a year ago, but it’s going to take some serious convincing for people’s opinion of this team to change. Lou Amundson is questionable and Arron Afflalo is doubtful with injuries.

The Milwaukee Bucks look to build on a surprising season that included 41 wins under Jason Kidd’s first year. The Bucks have a very interesting roster that includes a lot of athleticism and length. Michael Carter-Williams seems to have found a home in Milwaukee and Giannis Antetokounmpo is a future star in this league. Khris Middleton is starting to come into his own, while O.J. Mayo provides experience and offense off the bench. The Bucks are also in good hands in the paint with the addition of Greg Monroe. With pretty much everyone returning, including Jabari Parker, the Milwaukee Bucks are ready to prove last season was no fluke. Antetokounmpo is out with a suspension.
The Knicks are 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 road games and 4-0-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a S.U. loss. The Bucks are 13-5-2 ATS in their last 20 vs. NBA Atlantic and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 vs. Eastern Conference. The Knicks are 3-7 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Milwaukee.
This is an interesting line, as the Bucks are without their star player due to suspension. The Knicks are healthy for the most part and will have the best player on the court. I see value in the Knicks and the plus money here.
