NBA Player Updates 11/22: The Latest News from Around the League, Tonight's TV Schedule and More
November 22, 2015
The NBA’s 13-game weekend schedule will resume today, with the remaining six games tipping off in the coming hours. While we’re waiting on game time, let’s check out some of the notable players and stats in the news this morning in our daily wrap-up.
Pacers-Bucks: C.J. Miles had a great game yesterday against the Bucks, scoring a season-high 21 points. He put up 13 in the third quarter alone, helping his team to a 123-86 win.
Paul George managed 20 points with seven rebounds here, and Jordan Hill put up 20 points off the bench. That’s a season-high for him as well.
The Pacers are now 8-5 and have won five of their last six.

Hawks-Cavs: We had a rematch of the Eastern Conference Finals yesterday, with the Hawks heading to Cleveland. The Cavaliers were pretty dominant in this one, eventually posting a 109-97 win.
Kevin Love put up a new season-high with 25 points, and LeBron James pitched in on 19.
The Cavaliers are extremely banged up right now, but they have been able to find a way to get to 10-3 thus far.
Knicks-Rockets: The Knicks have four straight wins built up, something that seemed unimaginable last season.
Kristaps Porzingis put up another strong effort against the Rockets in Houston last night, logging 24 points, 14 rebounds and seven blocks in the 107-102 win. He’s the first 20-year-old to post that stat line since Shaquille O’Neal in 1992-93.
The Knicks are now 8-6 on the season and halt an 11-game losing streak against the Rockets.
Sixers-Heat: No one wants to be the team to give Philly their first win, and the Heat escaped without that distinction last night in Miami.
The Sixers were leading by 11 midway through the fourth, but still blew it in a 96-91 Heat victory to remain winless on the year.
Dwyane Wade managed 27 points here, and Justise Winslow had a key tip-in with just 27 seconds left. Philly is now 0-14 thus far.
