The Boston Celtics travel to Sleep Train Arena to take on the Sacramento Kings tonight.
The Celtics have been an inconsistent team all season but they've now won three of their last four and are coming off a nice 105-95 win at Miami. Avery Bradley led the way with 25 points and had plenty of support as Jared Sullinger added 17 points while Isaiah Thomas added 16 points and nine assists as the Celtics survived a 30-point night from the Heat's Dwyane Wade. The win came with its dramas as the Celtics had their 14-point lead cut to one in the fourth quarter, but Bradley came up big late in the game to lift Boston to 10-8 on the season and 4-4 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Kings have lost three of their last five but looked real good in a 112-98 win over the Mavericks on Wednesday. DeMarcus Cousins flirted with a triple-double, scoring 31 points to go with nine rebounds and six assists, Rajon Rondo added 21 points while Rudy Gay had 20 as the Kings bounced back from a 19-point loss to the Warriors to beat the Mavericks. The Kings rank near the bottom of the league in defense, but they certainly looked good in the 22-13 third quarter where they held the Mavs to just 22.7 percent shooting. With the win, Sacramento improves to 7-12 on the season and 5-6 at home.
In ATS trends, the Celtics are 18-8-1 ATS in their last 27 against the Western Conference and 1-4 ATS in their last five games after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game, while the Kings are 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a win of more than 10 points and 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 games following a win.
Head to head, the Celtics are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings overall and 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings in Sacramento.
The Celtics have definitely been the better team so far this season, but I'm really starting to like the Kings with Cousins back on the court and dominating the paint. The early money has been going towards the Celtics but after what I saw from the Kings in their last outing, I'm taking the Kings to win at home.
