The Indiana Pacers travel to The Palace to battle the Detroit Pistons tonight.
The Pacers were able to snap a three-game losing streak last night with a hard-fought 96-83 win over the Heat at home. Monta Ellis seems to have shaken off that shoulder injury that's been troubling him as he led the team with 24 points last night, Paul George added 23 while Ian Mahinmi added 18 as the Pacers battled with the Heat in the first half, before breaking loose in a dominant 49-35 second half performance. With the win, Indiana improves to 13-8 on the season and 7-3 at home.

Meanwhile, the Pistons had lost two straight before cruising past the hapless 76ers last night in a 107-95 win on the road. All five starters finished the game in double figures with Marcus Morris and Reggie Jackson leading the way with 21 points each while Andre Drummond added 18 points and 16 rebounds. There were some moments where the game got too close for comfort as the Pistons almost blew a massive lead, but they pushed the 76ers away late to cruise to an easy win and improve to 13-11 on the season and 5-8 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Pacers are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Pistons are 6-0 ATS in their last six home games against a team with a winning road record and 23-9 ATS in their last 32 home games.
Head to head, the Pacers are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings in Detroit and the over is 7-2 in the last nine meetings.
Both teams are coming into this game in similar form but I actually prefer the Pistons who will have the major advantage in the paint.
