The Chicago Bulls play host to the Detroit Pistons tonight at the United Center.
The Bulls have been in great form lately, winning their last four including a 98-85 victory over the Grizzlies on Wednesday. Jimmy Butler led the scoring with 24 points, Derrick Rose added 19 points while Doug McDermott had 17 off the bench, but this win was all about defense as the Bulls held the Grizzlies to just 32 points in a dominant second-half performance. What made the win more impressive was that both Butler and Rose were dealing with illness, but they still managed to get the job done and lift Chicago to 15-8 on the season and 11-3 at home.

Meanwhile, the Pistons have won three of their last four and are coming off a thrilling 119-116 win over the Celtics. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had a monster game of 31 points on 10 of 16 shooting, Reggie Jackson added 23 points while Andre Drummond had 16 as the Pistons took advantage of a tired Celtics team playing the second night of a back to back set. With the win, Detroit improves to 15-12 on the season and 10-4 at home where they've won seven of their last nine.
In ATS trends, the Pistons are 3-0-1 ATS in their last four games overall and 2-8 ATS in their last 10 road games, while the Bulls are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a losing road record and 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games following a win.
Head to head, the Pistons are 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings and 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings in Chicago.
This should be a great matchup with both teams in fine form, but I have to give the edge to the red-hot Bulls who will be playing their fifth straight game at home where they've been rock solid all season.
