The Detroit Pistons invade the Philips Arena to take on the Atlanta Hawks tonight.
The Hawks will be going for a fifth straight win tonight after beating the Trailblazers in a 106-97 victory on Monday. Dennis Schroder led the team with 18 points off the bench while five other players finished in double figures as the Hawks methodically took apart the Blazers with solid defense and balanced scoring. Atlanta has now won six of their last nine games to improve to 18-12 on the season and 10-6 at home where they've won their last two.

Meanwhile, the Pistons have won five of their last six games and will be looking to build on a three-game win streak after sneaking past the Heat in a 93-92 win last night. Reggie Jackson led the offense with 18 points while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Stanley Johnson added 14 points each as the Pistons recovered from a major deficit early on to win their third straight road game. Detroit is now 17-12 on the season and 7-8 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Pistons are 3-0-1 ATS in their last four games following a win and 5-0-1 ATS in their last six games overall, while the Hawks are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games following a win and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games following an ATS loss.
The Pistons have really been playing their best basketball lately and I like their chances of staying within the line or even coming up with the minor upset on the road. It's never a great idea to make a habit of betting against the Hawks at home, but I think the Pistons just might win this one.
