The Phoenix Suns pay a visit to the San Antonio Spurs tonight at the AT&T Center.
The Suns are in a major slump as they've lost five straight and eight of their last 10 overall. Coming off a shock loss to the lowly 76ers, the Suns needed to bounce back and they showed plenty of fight against the Cavaliers before eventually losing by 101-97 on Monday. TJ Warren led the team in scoring with 23 points in just 27 minutes off the bench while Brandon Knight added 18 points. However, with Eric Bledsoe out for the season with a torn meniscus, the Suns were missing that go-to player to get them over the hump in clutch situations. With the loss, Phoenix drops to 12-21 on the season and 8-10 at home.

Meanwhile, the Spurs continue to pile on the wins, this time beating the Timberwolves at home by 101-95 on Monday. As a team, the Spurs shot a healthy 51 percent from the field but looked far from their best as the Timberwolves were allowed to hang around for the entire game. Kawhi Leonard led the team in scoring with 17 points but with Tim Duncan rested for the game, coach Popovic inserted Boban Marjanovic who got the crowd excited with 17 points on a perfect seven for seven shooting. With the win, San Antonio improves to 27-6 on the season and remain undefeated at home where they are now 18-0.
In ATS trends, the Suns are 2-6 ATS in their last eight road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Spurs are 4-1 ATS in their last five against a team below .400 and 22-8 ATS in their last 30 home games.
The Spurs didn't look too impressive in their last outing, but they rarely have two poor games in a row so I expect them to bounce back and run away with an easy win against the shorthanded Suns in this one.
