The Dallas Mavericks play host to the Sacramento Kings tonight at the American Airlines Center.
The Kings didn't look too good last week after their shock loss to the 76ers. but they've bounced back in style with consecutive wins including a 116-104 win at Oklahoma City last night. DeMarcus Cousins dominated the paint with 33 points and 19 rebounds, Marco Belinelli added 21 points off the bench, Rudy Gay had 16 points while Rajon Rondo had 13 points and 19 assists as the Kings took full advantage of a Thunder team playing without Kevin Durant. Defensively, the Kings did a great job of holding Russell Westbrook to just 17 points on six of 23 shooting which really allowed them to get on top in the second half. With the win, Sacramento improves to 14-20 on the season and 5-11 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Mavericks have fallen off the pace since their four-game win streak, losing their last two including a 105-98 loss to the Pelicans on Saturday. Dirk Nowitzki led the scoring with 24 points, Wesley Matthews added 18 points while Zaza Pachulia had 14, but the Mavs had no answer for the Pelicans' Anthony Davis who poured in an efficient 31 points on 13 of 22 shooting. JJ Barea started in place of Deron Williams and had a decent game of 10 points and five assists, but the Mavs need D-Will fully fit and back in the starting lineup to be at their best. With the loss, Dallas falls to 19-15 on the season and 10-6 at home.
In ATS trends, the Kings are 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games following a win of more than 10 points.
Head to head, the Kings are 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings overall and 6-19-1 ATS in the last 26 meetings in Dallas.
The Mavs will want to steady the ship with a solid win at home over an inferior opponent, but the Kings have suddenly found some life in their season and could very well pull off the upset tonight.
