The Cleveland Cavaliers pay a visit to the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center tonight.
The Cavaliers will be gunning for a sixth straight win tonight after taking down the Wizards in a 121-115 road win on Wednesday. LeBron James led the team with 34 points, 10 rebounds and four assists while JR Smith made five treys to finish with 25 points, but the highlight of the night was the play of Kyrie Irving who scored 32 points on 14 of 22 shooting. With the win, Cleveland improves to 24-9 on the season and 9-8 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves have lost eight of their last nine and are in danger of losing a fifth straight after their 78-74 loss to the Nuggets on Wednesday. Karl-Anthony Towns hed a double-double of 14 points and 14 rebounds, Nikola Pekovic added 12 points while Andrew Wiggins had 11, but no other player finished in double figures as the Wolves shot just 38 percent from the field, Minnesota have been in a major struggle for a while now and their recent slump means they drop to 12-24 on the season and 5-14 at home.
In ATS trends, the Cavs are 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games following a win and 0-3-1 ATS in their last four road games, while the Wolves are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 games against a team above .600 and 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall.
Head to head, the Cavs are 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Minnesota and the under is 6-2 in teh last eight meetings.
The Wolves will want to test their stuff against one of the best teams in the league, but they've been in such a slump lately that I can't back them at all, especially against a Cavs team starting to look really good.
