The Brooklyn Nets travel to The Palace to battle the Detroit Pistons tonight.
The Nets have lost four of their last five overall and will be eager to avoid a fourth straight loss after last night's 83-77 home defeat to the Magic. Brook Lopez led the scoring with 17 points, Joe Johnson had 13 while Shane Larkin added 12 as the Nets scrapped their way to lead by two points heading into the fourth quarter before their offense left them. With the loss, Brooklyn falls to 10-26 on the season and 6-13 at home where they've lost nine straight.

Meanwhile, the Pistons have won three of their last four and will be gunning for a third straight win after sneaking past the Celtics in a 99-94 win on Wednesday. Reggie Jackson led the scoring with 24 points on eight of 15 shooting, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 20 points while Andre Drummond had 13 as the Pistons dominated the fourth quarter by 33-19 to come back and beat the Celtics. With the win, Detroit improve to 20-16 on the season and 8-11 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Nets are 5-0 ATS in their last five road games and 20-8 ATS in their last 28 road games against a team with a winning home record, while the Pistons are 19-6-1 ATS in their last 26 home games and 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 games following a win.
Head to head, the Nets are 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings overall and 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings in Detroit.
The Nets have actually done well ATS despite their lack of success, but I think the Pistons are the play, especially at home where they've been good all season.
