The Houston Rockets play host to the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight at the Toyota Center.
The Cavaliers will want to bounce back after having their eight-game win streak snapped at San Antonio in a 99-95 loss last night. LeBron James led the way with 22 points, Tristan Thompson added 18 points while JR Smith had 17, but it still wasn't enough as the Cavs couldn't match it with the Spurs despite jumping out to an early double digit lead in the first quarter. Kyrie Irving scored 16 points but shot just six of 17 from the field while Kevin Love added just 10 points in a quiet game. With the loss, Cleveland falls to 27-10 on the season and 12-9 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Rockets will be looking to build on their current five-game win streak after sneaking past the Timberwolves in a 107-104 win on Wednesday. James Harden led the Rockets with 27 games and 11 assists, Terrence Jones added 16 points off the bench while Dwight Howard had 15 points scraped their third narrow win in their last five games. Houston has really shown an improved ability to close out close games and that was one thing they were definitely missing earlier in the season.
In ATS trends, the Cavs are 6-0 ATS in their last six games against a team with a winning record and 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven road games, while the Rockets are 8-3 ATS in the last 11 home games and 4-12 ATS in their last 16 games against the Eastern Conference.
Head to head, the Cavs are 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings overall and 1-11 ATS in the last 12 meetings in Houston.
The Rockets have really been one of the hottest teams over the past couple of weeks but I'm still sticking with the Cavs who will want to make up for last night's loss to the Spurs. This should be a close one, but I think the Cavs can bounce back and win this one on the road.
