The Los Angeles Lakers invade the Quicken Loans Arena to battle the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight.
The Lakers have lost their last two games but the effort has definitely been there as they lost to the Pacers by just 89-87 after falling to the Spurs by just four points. Kobe Bryant scored 19 points, D'Angelo Russell had 16 points and Julius Randle had 15 as the Lakers fell to the Pacers on Monday despite leading by four points with just 1:10 left in the game. With the narrow loss, Los Angeles falls to 11-43 overall and 5-25 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers have won seven of their last nine games and were looking pretty good in Monday's dominant 120-100 win over the Kings. Kyrie Irving led the scoring with 32 points, JR Smith added 22 points while LeBron James racked up a triple-double of 21 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists as the Cavs made light work of the struggling Kings. With the win, Cleveland improves to 37-14 on the season and 21-4 at home.
In ATS trends, the Lakers are 4-0 ATS in their last four road games and 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall, while the Cavs are 4-1 ATS in their last five home games and 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight games overall.
Head to head, the Lakers are 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings in Orlando and the home team is 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings overall.
The Cavs should obviously win this game and win it by double digits, but with Kobe showing flashes of his former self, the Lakers have been surprisingly competitively lately so I'm taking LA with the points in this one.
