The Toronto Raptors invade the Target Center to battle the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight.
The Raptors look to stay hot after winning 14 of their last 15 games overall including a 103-89 win over the Pistons on Monday. Kyle Lowry led the way with 25 points and seven assists, Terrence Ross added 18 points while DeMar DeRozan had 17 points as the Raptors recovered from a slow start to run over the stumbling Pistons and improve to 35-16 overall which leaves them just two games behind Cleveland for the top seed in the Eastern Conference.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves were gunning for a third straight win before getting routed by the Pelicans in a 116-102 loss on Monday. Karl-Anthony Towns led the scoring with 19 points, Andrew Wiggins had 15 points while Shabazz Muhammad chipped in with 14 but the win was never likely as the Wolves fell behind by 17 points at halftime before things got messy in the second half. With the loss, Minnesota falls to 16-37 on the season and 8-19 at home.
In ATS trends, the Raptors are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games following a win and 5-1 ATS in their last six games against a team below .400, while the Wolves are 5-0 ATS in their last five against a team with a winning record and 9-25-1 ATS in their last 35 home games.
Head to head, the Raptors are 21-6 ATS in the last 27 meetings overall and a dominant 9-1 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Minnesota.
The Wolves, as poor as their record looks, are still able to pull off the upset at home, but I'm just not backing against these red-hot Raptors who have been so consistent lately.
