The Los Angeles Lakers invade the FedExForum to take on the Memphis Grizzlies tonight.
The Lakers have lost 20 of their last 23 games and are coming off a 108-101 loss at Milwaukee, Kobe Bryant's last ever game at the Bradley Center. Nick Young led the Lakers with 19 points, Kobe Bryant and Jordan Clarkson added 15 points each while Louis Williams had 14 but the Lakers were never really in this game as they fell behind by as many as 24 points before a fourth-quarter rally kept the final score respectable. With the loss, LA falls to 11-47 on the season which keeps them right at the bottom of the Western Conference standings and second last in the league overall.

Meanwhile, the Grizzlies have quietly been of the most consistent teams in the league with 11 wins in their last 15 games but they'll be looking to bounce back after falling at Toronto by 98-85 on Sunday. Zach Randolph led the team with 18 points, Mario Chalmers added 17 points while Lance Stephenson and Vince Carter had 16 points each as the Grizzlies played well in a tightly contested first half before getting outscored by 52-42 in the second half which was owned by the Raptors. With the loss, Memphis falls to 32-23 on the season which leaves them in fifth place in the Western standings, 4.5 games behind the fourth-placed Clippers.
In ATS trends, the Lakers are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games overall and 6-1 ATS in their last seven road games, while the Grizzlies are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 home games and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a losing record.
Head to head, the Lakers are 6-1-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings overall and 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Memphis.
The Grizzlies will be well-rested coming into this game and should have little trouble beating a Lakers team who have little to play for, but the Lakers have been on fire ATS lately, so I'm reluctantly taking LA with the points in this one.
