The Toronto Raptors play host to the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight at the Air Canada Center.
The Cavaliers have won six of their last seven games and will be looking to build on Wednesday's 114-103 home win over the Hornets. LeBron James and Kyrie Irving led the team with 23 points each while JR Smith added 16 points as the Cavs exploded for 40 points in the second quarter to jump out to a double-digit lead going into halftime before cruising in the second half. With the win, Cleveland remains atop the Eastern Conference standings with an overall record of 41-15.

Meanwhile, the Raptors will be gunning for a fourth straight win tonight after making light work of the Timberwolves in a 114-105 win on Wednesday. DeMar DeRozan led all scorers with 31 points, Kyle Lowry added 21 points while Cory Joseph had 18 points off the bench as the Raptors battled with the Wolves for most of the game before pulling away with a 13-4 run in the final 3:47 of the fourth quarter. With the win, Toronto improve to 38-18 on the season which leaves them just three games behind the Cavs who currently occupy the top seed in the Eastern Conference.
In ATS trends, the Cavs are 4-1-2 ATS in the last seven road games and 9-1 ATS in the last 10 games against a team above .600, while the Raptors are 4-1 ATS in their last five home games against a team with a winning road record and 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games against a team above .600.
Head to head, the Cavs are 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings in Toronto and the road team is 14-5 ATS in the last 19 meetings overall.
With so much on the line in terms of future playoff implications, both teams will be eager to come out with the win tonight, but the Raptors lost the last meeting against the Cavs by 122-100 back on Jan 4 and I'm expecting yet another win for the red-hot Cavs.
