The Philadelphia 76ers play host to the Washington Wizards tonight at the Wells Fargo Center.
The Wizards have split their last 10 games and are coming off a disappointing 109-104 loss at Chicago against a Bulls team missing their top two scorers in Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler. Bradley Beal lad the team in scoring with 19 points off the bench, Garrett Temple added 18 points while John Wall chipped in with 16 points and seven assists but the Wizards just didn't play with any urgency on the defensive end and it allowed the makeshift Bulls lineup to shoot a healthy 50 percent from the field for the game. With the loss, Washington falls to 26-30 overall leaving them three games out of the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference.

Meanwhile, the 76ers are still stuck at the bottom of the league with a record of 8-49 on the season and they haven't shown much interest in climbing up the rankings as they've lost 10 of their last 11 games and were beaten by 111-91 in the last game against the Pistons on Wednesday. Hollis Thompson led the team with 19 points off the bench while Jahlil Okafor had 13 points, but this game was over before it began as the 76ers fell behind by 65-42 going into the halftime break.
In ATS trends, the Wizards are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a losing record and 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a loss, while the 76ers are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 home games and 7-22 ATS in the last 29 against the Eastern Conference.
Head to head, the Wizards are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings but the home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings.
The Wizards will be eager to atone for their disappointing loss in their last outing and while they haven't been in the best of form, they should be good enough to blow past the hapless 76ers who they beat by 106-94 back on Feb 5.
