The Memphis Grizzlies invade the Talking Stick Resort Arena to battle the Phoenix Suns tonight.
The Grizzlies have won four of their last five games and will be aiming for a third straight win after crushing the Lakers by 112-95 in a blowout last night. PJ Hairston led the scoring with 21 points, Vince Carter added 19 points while Mike Conley had 17 as the new look, up tempo Grizzlies dominated the hapless Lakers and cruised to an easy victory. With the win, Memphis improved to 34-23 on the season which is good enough for fifth place in the Western standings, four games clear of Dallas in sixth place.

Meanwhile, the Suns are second last in the Western Conference and with good reason as they've lost 19 of their last 20 games including their last 13 games. Mirza Teletovic poured in 30 points on 12 of 23 shooting off the bench while Ronnie Price added 16 points, but the Suns fell behind early and were never in the contest against the Nets who would go on to win by 116-106 on Thursday. Phoenix has now lost their last six games by an average of 14.5 points.
In ATS trends, the Grizzlies are 4-0 ATS in their last four games against a team with a losing record and 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Suns are 2-5 ATS in their last seven games overall and 6-0 ATS in their last six games following a double digit loss at home.
Head to head, the Grizzlies are 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings and 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Phoenix.
The Grizzlies have opted to play at a faster pace as they learn to run their offense without Marc Gasol and while it takes some getting used to, it's been working great. The Suns could enjoy the pace and pull off the upset here, but there's just no betting against the Grizzlies against this terrible Suns team in this type of form.
