The Portland Trailblazers pay a visit to the Chicago Bulls tonight at the United Center.
The Trailblazers have won 12 of their last 14 games but will be looking to bounce back after having their six-game win streak snapped by the Rockets in a 119-105 loss on Thursday. Damian Lillard led hte way with 23 points while CJ McCollum added 20 points, but while the Blazers played well to lead by as many as 21 points in the third quarter, they looked to run out of gas once the Rockets' James Harden got hot and took over the game completely with a game-high 46 points. With the loss, Portland falls to 30-28 on the season which has them in seventh place in the Western Conference, just one game ahead of Houston.

Meanwhile, the Bulls were going for a fourth straight win last night but fell to the Hawks by 103-88 as they were once again without their top two scorers in Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler. Doug McDermott had a team-high 20 points off the bench while Pau Gasol added 16 points and 17 rebounds but the Bulls shot just 36.4 percent from the field while committing 20 turnovers in one of their worst scoring nights of the season. With the loss, Chicago drops to 30-27 on the season which has them clinging onto eighth place in the Eastern Conference, just 1.5 games ahead of the ninth-placed Detroit.
In ATS trends, the Blazers are 5-1 ATS in their last six road games and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall, while the Bulls are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall and 2-6 ATS in their last eight games playing on zero days rest.
The Bulls have played well without Butler and Rose but they looked really poor last night and I don't like their chances against a red-hot Blazers team coming off a disappointing loss. Take Portland to take advantage of the shorthanded Bulls and win by single digits.
