The Portland Trailblazers play host to the Orlando Magic at the Moda Center on Saturday night.
The Magic have lost six of their last eight games and their recent trade with the Pistons hasn't resulted in any success just yet. The acquisitions of Ersan Ilyasova and Brandon Jennings adds plenty of depth and a bit of veteran experience to the roster, but the Magic will still have to lean heavily on their key players like Nikola Vucevic who is averaging 17.8 points and 9.0 rebounds and Victor Oladipo who is averaging 15.0 points and 3.9 assists. Evan Fournier is averaging 14.4 points on the season but has averaged 18.3 points over his last three games which includes a 23-point outing on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the Trailblazers have been one of the best teams since the All-Star break thanks largely due to their dynamic backcourt duo of Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum. Lillard is averaging 26.1 points and 6.9 assists on the season and is averaging 33.4 points and 5.8 assists since Mar 1, while McCollum has been right behind him with averages of 20.8 points and 4.2 assists on the season but is has been the unselfishness of these two players which has been the driving force for the Blazers and you can really see it on the defensive end where everyone just plays for each other.
In ATS trends, the Magic are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games against a team with a winning record and 4-1 ATS in their last five road games against a team with a winning home record, while the Blazers are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games overall and 1-4 ATS in their last five games playing on zero days rest.
Head to head, the Magic are 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings overall and the home team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings.
The Blazers have lost four of their last five games but those losses were all on the road, so I'm still confident that they will take care of business and win by double digits at home.
