The Boston Celtics travel to Bankers Life Fieldhouse to take on the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday.
The Celtics have won six of their last eight games but will be looking to bounce back after having their 14-game home win streak snapped by the Rockets in a 102-98 loss on Friday. Isaiah Thomas led the team in scoring with 30 points on 10 of 21 shooting, Jared Sullinger added 24 points and 12 rebounds while Avery Bradley chipped in with 16 points, but no other player finished in double figures as the Celtics shot just 37.4 percent from the field while committing 15 turnovers. The Celtics will be disappointed that their winning run at home has been broken, but they're still third in the Eastern Conference standings with a solid record of 39-27.

Meanwhile, the Pacers have won four of their last six games but will be scratching their heads after getting thumped by the Hawks in a 104-75 rout on Sunday. Myles Turner led the team with 19 points while Monta Ellis chipped in with 10 points, but no other player finished in double figures as the Pacers fell behind by 30-17 after the first quarter and never threatened to make a comeback. Perhaps it was because the Pacers were playing on zero days rest, but it was definitely a disappointing performance for a Pacers who were starting to build a bit of momentum with three wins on the trot. With the loss, Indiana fall to 35-31 overall which has them sitting in seventh place in the Eastern Conference, just one game ahead of Detroit who are in eighth place.
In ATS trends, the Celtics are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a winning record and 1-4 ATS in their last five road games, while the Pacers are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall and 1-5 ATS in their last six home games.
Head to head, the Celtics are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings in Indiana and the under is 15-5-1 in the last 21 meetings overall.
The Pacers need a win to get back on course after getting routed in their last outing, but I'm sticking with the much more consistent Celtics who just had their home win streak snapped and should win despite missing Jae Crowder who could be out with an ankle sprain.
