The Cleveland Cavaliers invade the Amway Center to take on the Orlando Magic on Friday night.
The Cavaliers have won seven of their last nine games and will be looking to build on Wednesday's 99-98 win over the Mavericks. In the absence of LeBron James who was rested for the game, Kyrie Irving took it upon himself to lead the offense and he dominated with 33 points on 13 of 28 shooting while Kevin Love chipped in with 23 points and 18 rebounds as the Cavs stormed out of the gates early to lead by 20 points before having to hold of a ferocious comeback from the Mavs. With the inspiring win, Cleveland improves to 48-19 on the season which keeps them atop the Eastern Conference standings with a 2.5 game lead over Toronto.

Meanwhile, the Magic have lost five of their last seven games and are coming off a 107-99 loss at Charlotte. Victor Oladipo led hte charge with 25 points on 10 of 18 shooting, Brandon Jennings chipped in with 16 points while Andrew Nicholson had 13 points off the bench but a poor start meant that the Magic fell behind by 61-43 at halftime, leaving them too much ground to make up in the second half. Nikola Vucevic missed his sixth straight game with a groin injury and his status for tonight is uncertain.
In ATS trends, the Cavs are 2-5 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a losing record and 4-10-2 ATS in their last 16 against the Eastern Conference, while the Magic are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games against a team above .600 and 5-1 ATS in their last six games following a loss.
Head to head, the Cavs are 15-5-1 ATS in the last 21 meetings overall and 7-0 ATS in the last seven meetings in Orlando.
There was a chance that one or two players would be rested for the Cavs, but the news from them is that no one will be rested on Friday or Saturday, so I'm confident that they'll cruise to an easy win by double digits against a slumping Magic outfit.
