Thunder-Sixers: Same ‘ol, same ‘ol for Russell Westbrook. He put up another triple-double--his 13th of the year--last night in Philadelphia during a 111-97 win over the Sixers.
He put up 20 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists in total, while teammate Kevin Durant managed 26 points and 13 rebounds.
The 13 triple-doubles for Westbrook tie Grant Hill and Jason Kidd for the most during a season in the last 25 years.
Mavericks-Warriors: The stage is set for this weekend’s big Warriors-Spurs matchup, as Golden State took care of the Mavericks 130-112 last night in Dallas.
Klay Thompson led the way here with 39 points on 10-of-15 shooting from 3-point range, while Stephen Curry put up 31 points.
The big game is tonight in primetime. Golden State has a 32-game losing streak in San Antonio, dating all the way back to February of 1997.
Blazers-Pelicans: Down in New Orleans, the visiting Trail Blazers were able to get past the Pelicans 117-112. Damian Lillard put up 33 points as Portland overcame blowing a 20-point lead.
