The Brooklyn Nets invade Madison Square Garden to battle the New York Knicks on Friday.
The Nets have lost 10 of their last 13 games and they'll be looking to snap a three-game skid on Friday after falling to the Cavaliers by 107-87 last night. Thaddeus Young led the scoring with 18 points while Bojan Bogdanovic added 14 points, but without the services of Brook Lopez who was rested for the game, the Nets were just never in this game and actually found themselves down by 63-39 going into halftime. With the loss, Brooklyn drops to 21-54 on the season which has them second to last in the Eastern Conference and fourth last overall.

Meanwhile, the Knicks have lost six of their last eight games and are in danger of losing a fourth straight after falling at Dallas by 91-89 on Wednesday. Carmelo Anthony led the team in scoring with 31 points on 11 of 22 shooting while Derrick Williams added 15 points and eight rebounds, but no other player finished in double figures as the Knicks battled hard to lead by nine points with less than 10 minutes left in the game, but the Mavericks outscored them by 22-11 the rest of the way to steal the game and send New York to a record of just 30-46 on the season, good for 13th place in the Eastern Conference.
In ATS trends, the Nets are 0-5 ATS in their last five road games and 0-4 ATS in their last four games playing on zero days rest, while the Knicks are 3-10 ATS in their lsat 13 home games and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 home games against a team with a road record below .400.
Head to head, the home team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings overall and the under is 7-2 in the last nine meetings in New York.
Not sure anybody should be laying decen tsized chalk with a Knicks team that has proven its one of the worst teams in the league. I don't love this game at all, but if forced to pick, I'm siding with the free points.
