The Detroit Pistons travel to South Beach to take on the Miami Heat at the American Airlines Arena.
The Pistons have won seven of their last nine games and they'll be looking to stay hot after taking down the Bulls by 94-90 on Saturday. Reggie Jackson led the charge with 22 points, Tobias Harris added 21 points while Marcus Morris added 16 points as the Pistons really had to battle from start to finish against a pesky Bulls team. With the win, Detroit improve to 41-36 on the season to retain the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference standings with a crucial two-game lead over Chicago.

Meanwhile, the Heat have won five of their last eight games but they'll be scratching their heads after getting thumped by the Trailblazers in a 110-93 defeat on Saturday. Hassan Whiteside had a monster game of 20 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks, Goran Dragic added 15 points while Luol Deng had 14 points with 13 rebounds, but it was never going to be enough against the Trailblazers who took control of the game with a dominant 39-20 second quarter behind a big night from CJ McCollum. With the loss, Miami fell to 44-32 which has them currently sitting in fifth place in a very crowded Eastern Conference. In injury news, Dwyane Wade sat out on Saturday with soreness in his back and his status for tonight is still unclear.
In ATS trends, the Pistons are 12-5 ATS in their last 17 Tuesday games and 1-5 ATS in their last six games following an ATS win, while the Heat are 5-0 ATS in their last five games following a loss of more than 10 points and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 home games.
Head to head, the Pistons are 4-1 ATS in the last five metings overall and 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Miami.
There are plenty of playoff implications on the line in this matchup tonight so you'll see both teams really go all out in this one. The Pistons are the team in better form coming into this game, but I'm taking the Heat at home where they've been hard to beat all season.
