We have a nice NBA schedule coming our way today as the regular season winds down. While we’re waiting on today’s matchups, let’s check out some of the notable news and stats out there in the headlines.

Warriors-Grizzlies: Every Warriors game is must-see TV these days, and last night’s matchup against the Grizzlies was no different.
Draymond Green scored from under the basket with just one minute left, helping Golden State to a tense 100-99 victory that saw them come from 10 points behind in the fourth quarter. He would finish with 23 points and 11 rebounds.
The Warriors now have a 71-9 record, equaling the 33 road wins of that legendary Bulls squad from ‘95-’96. Tonight comes an absolutely huge game in San Antonio to try and equal that Bulls team’s 72-win record. That said, the Warriors have lost 33 straight at the Spurs.

Bulls-Cavaliers: It’s been a season of ups and downs for the Bulls, but they’re still in the playoff race.
Chicago beat the visiting Cavaliers at United Center last night 105-102, thanks to Jimmy Butler’s 21 points. The Bulls went on a 15-0 run early in the fourth and would hold on to deny Cleveland an opportunity to clinch the No. 1 seed in the East.
The Bulls’ playoff hopes hinge on winning their last two games and hoping the Pacers drop their final three games. Pretty unlikely, sure, but possible.

Hawks-Celtics: The Hawks just might be a dangerous team in the playoffs this year. They’re certainly streaking at the right moment.
Atlanta posted a nice 118-107 victory over the Celcits last night, thanks to Paul Millsap’s 31 points and 16 rebounds. Jeff Teague would chip in 24 points in the victory, while Kent Bazemore had 21.
The Hawks are now one game ahead of the Celtics in the No. 3 slot in the East.
