The Orlando Magic travel to Time Warner Cable Arena to battle the Charlotte Hornets tonight.
The Magic have won six of their last nine games and they'll be looking to cap off their season with another win after taking down the Bucks by 107-98 on Monday. Ersan Ilyasova led the team with 22 points on 10 of 13 shooting, Mario Hezonja added 19 points with seven assists and five steals while Dewayne Dedmon had 17 points as the Magic found themselves having to rally late after watching their 20-point lead shrink to just four points late in the game. With the win, Orlando improves to 35-46 on the season which is only good for 11th place in the Eastern Conference.

Meanwhile, the Hornets have split their last six games but they'll be aiming for a second straight win after cruising past the Celtics in a 114-100 road win on Monday. Jeremy Lin led the team with 25 points, five assists and five steals off the bench, Kemba Walker added 18 points while Marvin Williams and Al Jefferson added 16 points each as the Hornets easily beat the Celtics on the back of a dominant 39-13 second quarter. With the win, Charlotte improves to 47-34 on the season which is currently good for sixth place in the Eastern Conference and a win tonight could see them overtake Boston for the fifth seed.
In ATS trends, the Magic are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games following a win and 1-5 ATS in their last six road games, while the Hornets are 2-5 ATS in their last seven games overall and 1-5 ATS in their last six home games.
Head to head, the Magic are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Charlotte and the road team is 23-8 ATS in the last 31 meetings overall.
The Magic are certainly playing some good basketball lately and I expect them to be much better next season, but there is just too much on the line for the Hornets in this particular game and I can't see them slipping up. Take Hornets to pull away late and win by double digits.
