The Indiana Pacers and the Toronto Raptors do battle in a pivotal Game 5 on Tuesday night.
The Pacers needed a big win in Game 4 on Saturday to level the series and they were able to get it done thanks to a big game from Paul George who led the way with a game-high 33 points to go along with six assists and four steals. Monta Ellis added 15 points, Solomon Hill added 13 points and George Hill chipped in with 10 points as the Pacers dominated the second half by 57-45 to come away with the crucial win. Defensively, the Pacers lost the rebounding battle by 52-38 but they did a great job of holding the Raptors to just 38 percent shooting from the field while forcing them into 20 turnovers which led to 25 points.

As for the Raptors, Cory Joseph led the scoring with 18 points off the bench while Jonas Valanciunas had a double-double of 12 points and 19 rebounds before fouling out after just 21 minutes of action. DeMar DeRozan continued his shooting struggles in the series as he finished with just eight points on four of 15 shooting but Kyle Lowry was even colder from the field and could only score 11 points with seven assists to go with six turnovers. Despite the disappointing loss, the Raptors aren't about to panic as they were right in the contest until the end despite shooting so poorly from the field.
In ATS trends, the Pacers are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall and 2-7 ATS in their last nine games following a win of more than 10 points, while the Raptors are 5-1 ATS in their last six home games and 2-9 ATS in their last 11 Conference Quarterfinals games.
Head to head, the Pacers are 5-16 ATS in the last 21 meetings overall and 8-23 ATS in the last 31 meetings in Toronto.
The Raptors will be disappointed with their performance late in Game 4 but they'll have to regroup in a hurry to avoid falling behind in this series. I like the Raptors to bounce back and improve to 3-2 in the series on the back of a big night from Valanciunas, but I think this one will be close from start to finish so I'm taking the Pacers with the points.
