Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Toronto Raptors - 11/9/16 NBA Pick, Odds, and Prediction

USA TODAY Sports

The Oklahoma City Thunder look to keep the ball rolling after an impressive 6-1 start to the NBA season. The Oklahoma City Thunder are averaging 102.7 points on 43.9 percent shooting and allowing 97.9 points on 42.1 percent shooting. Russell Westbrook is averaging 30.4 points and 9.9 assists while Victor Oladipo is averaging 15.7 points and 3.4 rebounds. Enes Kanter is the third double-digit scorer and Steven Adams is grabbing eight rebounds. The Oklahoma City Thunder are shooting 31.9 percent from beyond the arc and 69.4 percent from the free throw line. The Oklahoma City Thunder are allowing 27.9 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 48 rebounds per game. The Oklahoma City Thunder have won 10 straight home games.

The Raptors are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 road games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 Wednesday games. The Thunder are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 home games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Raptors are 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings and the under is 8-2 in the last 10 meetings.

This should be a fun matchup with two early MVP candidates in DeRozan and Westbrook going at it. But I'm not betting against the Thunder and Westbrook in this game at home. OKC continues to find ways to win and is playing with a chip on its shoulder. If this game was in Toronto, I may side with the Raptors, but the Thunder have won 10 straight regular season home games and have given us no reason to jump off the bandwagon yet.
