The Golden State Warriors and the Atlanta Hawks duke it out tonight at the Oracle Arena.
The Hawks have lost five of their last six and are in danger of losing a third straight after falling to the Lakers in a 109-94 blowout last night. Kent Bazemore led the scoring with 21 points, Dwight Howard added 19 points while Dennis Schroder had 11 points with eight assists but the Hawks still couldn't hold onto an early 13-point lead against the shorthanded Lakers missing two of their best players. The Hawks have really cooled off after starting the season so well and it has been on the offensive end where they've really been struggling as they're averaging only 90.3 points over their last six games. Meanwhile, the Warriors will be aiming for a 12th straight win tonight after taking down the Timberwolves in a 115-102 win on Saturday. Stephen Curry led from the front with 34 points, eight rebounds and six assists, Kevin Durant added 28 points with 10 rebounds and five assists while Klay Thompson chipped in with 23 points as the Warriors cruised to yet another double digit win at home. Draymond Green was absent from the game with a left ankle injury and is listed as questionable for tonight.
