The Utah Jazz head to the Garden on Saturday to square off against the Knicks.

The New York Knicks, besides having some injury issues and being VERY long in the tooth are still playing solid ball this season. The Knicks have a record of 37-22 on the year, and currently own the third seed in the Eastern Conference. The Knicks have both a top ten offense and defense this season as New York is scoring an average of 99.8 points per game while giving up just 96 per outing. The Knicks are 3-2 in their last five games, but fell in their last outing, losing to the Thunder 95-94 on Thursday in New York.

The Utah Jazz are sitting right on the playoff bubble after falling last night to the Chicago Bulls 88-89 in Chicago. The Jazz are currently the eighth seed in the Western Conference, but are just .5 game over the surging Lakers, who despite their horrible first half are now just half a game out of the postseason. The Jazz have now dropped three straight with losses to the Bucks, the Cavs and last night to the Bulls. This will be the final game on a four game road trip for the Jazz as Utah heads back home on Monday, which will be a nice change of pace for the Jazz.

The New York Knicks are 29-28-2 against the spread this season, and at home the Knicks are also right at the break even point with an ATS record of 16-15. The Jazz are 30-31-1 against the spread this season, and on the road the Jazz are 12-19-1 ATS.

Again another favorite.  I almost feel dirty picking this many favorites lately, but taking the Knicks here has to be the play.  The Jazz are fighting for their playoff standing right now, but I just don't see Utah holding up against the Knicks.  The Jazz were in a tough, physical game against the Bulls last night, and that plus this tough road trip has to have taken a strong toll on them.  New York is just the better team and the Knicks are rested and always a tough out at the Garden.
