Top Ten Most Fumbles of the 2014 NFL Season (By Player)
Which NFL Players Fumbled the Most Times Last Year?
2015 NFL Offseason
You’re in luck this Monday morning. I’m posting not one, but two, top tens to make-up for the fact that I was driving all day long on Friday. We’re going to start with a look at the NFL players who fumbled the most last year. Then, we’ll switch gears and look at the guys who managed to get the most first downs (while not, ya know, fumbling).
USA TODAY Sports
1. Oakland Raiders QB Derek Carr led the league with six fumbles during the 2014 season. Y’all know, though, that I like Carr, so I’m choosing to blame his lack of an o-line rather than the man himself.
2-6. Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger, Detroit Lions RB Joique Bell, San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick, Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson, and New York Jets QB Geno Smith all had five fumbles on the year in 2014.
7-13. This list, technically, is a little more than a top ten, with San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers, Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles, Philadelphia Eagles QB Mark Sanchez, Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck, Washington Redskins QB Robert Griffin III, Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill, and Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill all racking-up four fumbles last season.
