The Oakland Raiders and Minnesota Vikings play a preseason game Saturday at the TCF Bank Stadium.
The Oakland Raiders are coming off a 18-3 preseason victory over the St. Louis Rams. Matt McGloin completed 10 of 11 passes for 104 yards and a touchdown while Christian Ponder had a touchdown and interception. Derek Carr should see a similar workload after throwing an interception on nine pass attempts. Latavius Murray led Oakland with 35 rushing yards on six carries and Brice Butler had 57 receiving yards and a touchdown on six receptions. Defensively, Ben Heeney led Oakland with eight tackles, Larry Asante had two tackles for loss and Shelby Harris had a sack. The Raiders looked good defensively but need to get more consistent production from their ground game. Trent Richardson must take advantage of his opportunity here.

The Minnesota Vikings are off to a 2-0 preseason start with wins over the Steelers and Buccaneers. Teddy Bridgewater has thrown 14 pass attempts for 130 yards while Shaun Hill is coming off a two-touchdown performance. Taylor Heinicke has looked good as a third-string option with a combined 154 passing yards in the first two games. Dominique Williams has combined for 55 rushing yards on eight carries and Adam Thielen has 82 receiving yards and a touchdown in two performances. Defensively, Eric Kendricks has combined for 10 tackles, Gerald Hodges has a sack and Shaun Prater has a tackle for loss. The Vikings defense has allowed a combined 19 points and come away with five sacks in two preseason games.
The Raiders are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games on fieldturf. The Vikings are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 Saturday games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games. The underdog is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings.
The Vikings have looked sharp this preseason and now have Hill in the mix, who gives them a solid QB option behind Bridgewater. I'll take Minny at home.
