The Cardinals look to continue their impressive start to the season as they host the Baltimore Ravens in Arizona on Monday Night Football.
The Baltimore Ravens look to snap out of their losing ways with a prime time victory on the road against the Cardinals on Monday but they'll need to come up with a big effort on defense as they face off against one of the league's more prolific offenses this season. The Ravens were dealt a huge blow when Terrell Suggs went down for the season and they haven't been able to recover defensively and as such the team sits with a paltry 1-5 record and sit in second to last in the AFC standings. The Ravens do have some nice pieces though as Joe Flacco, Steve Smith, and Justin Forsett make up a nice three headed attack but the team's depth on both sides of the ball has been their down fall and against a Cards team coming off a loss and playing at home in this one it might be tough for them to break out of this funk.

The Cardinals as mentioned are coming off a loss to the Steelers last week in a game where they didn't look very good at all against a short handed Pittsburgh side that was starting their using their third string quarterback. Arizona got off to a fast start but the loss to the Steelers coupled with their home loss to the Rams has them at 4-2 on the year and while they are still in the driver's seat in the NFC West they know the Seahawks are coming in quickly and the Rams are in the rear view mirror as well and that this is a big game for them that could be treated as a must win. Arizona should have no trouble with the Ravens here as the offense will get back to putting up big numbers and the defense should do enough to keep Flacco off balance in a game that even seems light at double digits. Arizona should roll.
