2015 NFL Season

Match-ups, match-ups, match-ups. My favorite thing. This week, there are a few great individual contests happening around the league. To make sure you don’t miss anything important, you’ll find the top five Week 14 match-ups to watch listed below. You’re welcome, y’all.

Top Five NFL Week 14 Match-Ups

1. Buffalo Bills RB LeSean McCoy v. Chip Kelly

To say there’s bad blood between McCoy and Kelly is the understatement of the season. Shady made his feelings well-known earlier this week as he prepares to take-on his former team. Drama could abound in this one come Sunday afternoon.

2. New England Patriots QB Tom Brady v. Houston Texans DE JJ Watt

Watt has recorded 13 sacks (9 of which have come in the past seven games) and 29 quarterback hits already this season and we still have a month to go. Brady has one of the most inconsistent offensive lines in football, so I look for this to be an all-out battle between two of the game’s current greats.

3. Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones v. Carolina Panthers CB Josh Norman

Norman has allowed only a 47.1% completion rate on passes thrown his way this year. He managed to hold DeAndre Jones to just two catches in Week 4. Jones is on-track for another incredible season, notching 102 catches on 158 targets, giving him a 67.1% completion percentage. Norman is reportedly “pumped” for this man-to-man battle and you should be too.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown v. Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green

While this isn’t an actual match-up, it isn’t every week you get to see two of the league’s best receivers going at it on the same field. I can’t wait to see which of these guys put-up better numbers this weekend. Could be one of the most fun offensive performances of the entire year on both sides.

5. Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson v. the Arizona Cardinals run defense

Arizona has the fourth ranked run D in the league and A.D. is having another monster season (the sky is blue, the grass is green, and Peterson is awesome…what else is new?) I’m intrigued to see how he looks against the Red Sea after getting more-or-less shutdown by the Legion of Boom last week. I expect the man to be out for blood.
