The Kansas City Chiefs look for a bounce back preseason game after losing 17-16 to the Seattle Seahawks. In the losing effort, Aaron Murray led the way with 52 passing yards on five pass attempts. Alex Smith looked good in a limited role with three completions on four attempts. De'Anthony Thomas and Mike Williams combined for 73 receiving yards on five receptions while Demetrius Harris had two receptions. The Kansas City Chiefs ground game averaged 4.7 yards per carry and Darrin Reaves led the charge with 42 yards on 11 carries. Defensively, Steven Nelson led the Chiefs with five tackles, Dadi Nicolas had one sack and Marcus Cooper had one pass deflection.

The Los Angeles Rams look for another win after beating the Dallas Cowboys, 28-24. In the comeback victory, Sean Mannion led the way with 147 passing yards and three touchdowns. Rookie QB Jared Goff was 4-9 with one interception in his first NFL action. Nelson Spruce and Tyler Higbee combined for 100 receiving yards and one touchdown while Aaron Green had four receptions. The Los Angeles Rams ground game averaged 5.6 yards per carry and Malcolm Brown led the charge with 66 yards on eight carries. Defensively, Bryce Hager led the Rams with six tackles, Ethan Westbrooks had one sack and Matt Longacre had three quarterback hits.

The Los Angeles Rams have a lot of energy in their stadium, as it was packed against the Cowboys and fans are clearly excited for football to be back in LA. Also, the Rams made an incredible second half comeback led by its backups, so confidence is through the roof right now. Not sure how anybody can pick against the Rams given what they saw last week.
Rams and the small line is a good play.
