The Line: Washington Redskins -7.5 -- Over/Under: 45.5 See the Latest Odds

The Cleveland Browns and Washington Redskins meet early Sunday afternoon at FedEx Field.

The Cleveland Browns are desperate for a victory after a rough 0-3 start to the season and a six-game losing streak overall. Cody Kessler is completing 63.6 percent of his passes for 244 yards, zero touchdowns and zero interceptions. Kessler enters this game with 33 career pass attempts under his belt. Terrelle Pryor and Gary Barnidge have combined for 347 receiving yards on 23 catches while Duke Johnson Jr. has 12 receptions. The Cleveland Browns ground game is averaging 144.7 yards per contest, and Isaiah Crowell leads the way with 274 yards and two touchdowns. Defensively, Cleveland is allowing 28 points and 403.7 yards per game. Jordan Poyer leads the Browns with 25 tackles, Christian Kirksey has one sack and Joe Haden has two interceptions.

Washington Redskins vs. Cleveland Browns - 10/2/16 NFL Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Washington Redskins look for their first home victory to get back to a .500 record. Kirk Cousins is completing 63.7 percent of his passes for 989 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions. Cousins has two or more touchdown passes in four of his last six games. DeSean Jackson and Jordan Reed have combined for 428 receiving yards and one touchdown while Jamison Crowder has 16 receptions. The Washington Redskins ground game is averaging 75.7 yards per contest, and Matt Jones leads the way with 150 yards and one touchdown. Defensively, Washington is allowing 30.7 points and 424.7 yards per game. Mason Foster leads the Redskins with 29 tackles, Trent Murphy has three sacks and Josh Norman has seven pass deflections.

The Browns are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games in October and 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games overall. The Redskins are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games and 4-1 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.

I'm not laying a touchdown with this Washington team that has looked real shaky to start the season. I'm also not taking a free touchdown with a Cleveland team that's banged up on both sides of the ball and starting a rookie quarterback. Instead, I'll take the over. This line is rather low considering both defenses have given up a lot of points in the first three games and the over is 8-0 in the Redskins last eight games.

This bet is a nice way to avoid the side with two subpar teams.
